Marina Dedivanovic

Marina is a Critical Care Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room of New York Presbyterian Hospital and one of the stars of ABC’s eight-part documentary series NY Med. Born and raised in the Bronx, the statuesque blond RN was one of four children from a loving, middle-class Albanian immigrant family—rich with cultural traditions and delicious home-cooked meals on the dinner table. Young Marina was an athletic tomboy who played tackle football and dodge ball with the neighborhood boys until she blossomed into womanhood. Though generous and warm-hearted, her family lacked education and financial security. Nevertheless, Marina followed her passion for medicine and graduated with honors as the Valedictorian of Dorothea Hopfer School of Nursing in 2004. For the past five years, she has been a vital member of the Emergency Room team of the top hospital in New York State as well as one of the best hospitals in the nation. When she’s not executing her skills and training to save lives and heal the sick or wounded, she runs a supplement company, MiracleBurn360, and enjoys nightlife, music, fine dining, fitness, and travel.
